Zlatan Stoiljkovic

Zlatan Stoiljkovic passed away April 20, 2023 at the age of 62.  He was born February 11, 1961 in Bosnia and Herzgovina to Danijel and Kosana (Nikolic) Stoiljkovic.  He is deeply loved and will be dearly missed by his wife Gordana and his son Igor.  He is also survived by his brother Miodrag (Ruza) Stoiljkovic, his sister Gordana Jovanoski, his mother-in-law Mitra, his brother-in-law Miroslav and his wife Sanela,  nieces and nephews Kristina (Minel), Maja (Sabrija), Ivana  (Evica), Sasa and Andrea.  Also, great nieces and nephews Luna, Milan, Emilia, Liam, Matteo and Aleksa.

Zlatan and family moved to the United States in 2002.  They then settled in the Plymouth-Canton area. He worked in maintenance mostly in the health care field. Zlatan loved music and loved playing his guitar.  He loved sports, especially soccer and basketball.  He was a lifelong supporter of Partizan Belgrade soccer.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family and especially his many nieces and nephews.  Zaltan will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

A Funeral Service will take place Wednesday, April 26, 2023, 12:30pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St, Plymouth, Michigan.  Fr. Rade Obsenica from St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, Monroe, MI will officiate.  Family will receive visitors beginning at 9am on Wednesday.  Zlatan will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
