Yuhua Zhao

Yuhua Zhao, whose career as a civil engineer in the construction industry touched the lives of many, has passed away at the age of 85 in Livonia, Michigan. She was born in Harbin, China, on October 24, 1938. Yuhua's dedication and hard work in her profession earned her respect and admiration from all who knew her.
 
She is survived by her devoted husband of more than 57 years Qihong Zheng, her loving son Yu (Jean) Zheng, and her cherished grandchildren Kristina Zheng and William Zheng. Yuhua is also survived by her sister Yurong Zhao, nephew Zhuo (Weizhen Ji) Shao, and niece Sophie (Edward Wang) Shao. Her legacy further lives on through her great niece Bethie Wang and great nephews Benjamin Shao, Thomas Shao, and Lemuel Wang.

Yuhua will be remembered not only for her professional achievements but also for the kindness and warmth she extended to those around her. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
