Virginia M. Asher

Virginia M. Asher, age 89 of Livonia passed away on July 6, 2025.

She was born on July 30, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan to her parents the late Cornell and Viola (née Johnson) Halfacre. Virginia is the beloved and devoted wife of the late Thomas Lee Asher who passed away April 1, 2018.

She is the proud adopted grandmother of Alexandra (David) Cargo and Ashley Kate Hoskins.

Virginia is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her niece, Maxine (Roger) Elliott and great-nephew Steve Elliott. She also leaves her dearest friend, Dorothy Hoskins.

She is pre-deceased by her niece Shirley Jean Saylor.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Service beginning at 1:00 P.M.

Virginia will be laid to rest at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia, Michigan.
