Tracy Stone

Tracy Colleen Stone passed away on December 16, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and connection. The mark she left on the hearts of those who knew her is unmistakable and everlasting.

Tracy was the daughter of Marilyn Beck and Gordon Stone. She was lovingly raised by Walter “Bud” Elo and her mother, both of whom played meaningful roles in shaping the woman she became.

Tracy lived her life freely and authentically—true to her spirit in every sense. A hippie at heart, she embraced life with joy and color. She loved to dance, be at the lake, paint, craft, and cook way too much food.

She was known for her bright smile, her laugh, and her signature peace sign—a simple gesture that perfectly reflected her outlook on life.

Tracy found great joy in nature. She loved the holidays and took pride in keeping family traditions alive. She never met a stranger and welcomed everyone with open arms. She was the life of the party, but also the person you could count on to be there if a friend needed support, kindness, or a listening ear.

Tracy was preceded in death by her brothers, Don Corl and Shawn Stone, as well as her son, Lyle Monforton, and daughter, Hallie Vankuren, all of whom she carried in her heart always.

She is survived by her beloved boyfriend, Keith Holden; her children, Noelle Lomas (Ken), Sara King (Bennett), and Austin Lloyd (Caitlin); her sisters, Judy Truex and Kim Elo-McKay; her brother, Loren Corl (Maria); her cherished grandchildren, Kayla, Jacen, Amethyst, Emberly and Jessalyn; and Keith’s grandchildren, Kendall and Cora. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends who loved her dearly.

Tracy will be remembered for her free spirit, her generosity, her creativity, and her unwavering love for her friends and family. Her presence was magnetic, her heart was open, and her life was lived boldly. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her soul is in Heaven, and her spirit dances on—in every song, every ripple of water, and every peace sign thrown in her honor. She was deeply loved, and she will be deeply missed.
