Stanford Place

Stanford Leonard Place, age 85 of Belleville, Michigan passed away on January 17, 2026. He was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan on February 2, 1940 to his parents, the late Hazel (née Cort) and Grover Place.

Stanford is the loving father of three children – Steven (Sandy) Place, Lecia (Mike) McMacken and Amy Place; proud grandfather of Laura (Brandon) Bailey, Shannon (Cary) Almas, Michael McMacken, Matthew Place and great-grandfather of Lylah, Arabella, Luca, Elijah and Leo.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring of 2026.
