Robert Ronald Remer

On Monday, September 26, 2022, Robert Ronald Remer was called home at the age of 83.  The world has lost a sweet gentle soul who also was a great husband, brother, stepfather, and grandfather.  Robert loved all his motorcycles, tools, and tinkering around in the garage with his toys, of which, he had many.  He is retired from Wayne County where he worked as a tool and die maker.  Robert is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carolyn.  He is also survived by 2 stepdaughters, Patricia (Joe) Kelly and Cathy (Joe) Brockman, a stepson, Thomas (Peggy) McGraw, his siblings, George and Marlene, as well as 8 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by 2 other stepchildren, Susan Watson and Robert McGraw.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
