Michael Robert Collins

Michael Robert Collins, born April 24, 1987, passed away on August 26, 2024 at the age of 37. He was born in Blue Springs, Missouri as Michael Ross Case and adopted at the age of 14 by James Robert and Sherada (Erdelyi) Collins II.

He was a graduate of MIAT College of Technology in Canton, Michigan and had an AA degree in Turbine Jet Engine repair and maintenance.

Michael is survived by his loving daughter Leena Marie Collins and sisters, Christina (Bo) Wiggins and Dianna (Luis) Ortiz.

Michael proudly served in the U. S. Army and was a mechanic in the aeronautic industry.

He will be remembered for his zest for life and the love he shared with all who knew him.

Mike will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cemetery in Lenexa, Kansas.
