Michael Joseph Hudson, Sr.

Michael Joseph Hudson, Sr., age 54 of Canton, passed away on December 30, 2025.

He was born on February 9, 1971 in Farmington, Michigan to his parents, the late Charles and Thelma (Thomas) Hudson. Michael is the beloved and devoted husband of 34 years to Tina (Bekemeier) Hudson; loving father of three children – Michael Joseph (Rachel) Hudson, Jr., Matthew Charles (Camille) Hudson and Jenna Hudson and proud grandfather of Reese and Theodore. He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his brother Charles Edward Hudson, Jr.

Michael enjoyed a very successful career as a Truck Drive for Meijer, Inc. a regional supercenter chain that primarily operates in the Midwestern United States. He loved his job and had the privilege of driving his truck in the annual IDA Christmas Parade as a Meijer SEMI Truck driver. He loved life and all that it had to offer. He loved all of the major holidays and decorating the outside of his home – especially for Halloween and Christmas.

He enjoyed being outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the Funeral Service at 4:00 P.M.
