Mayuri Patel Pathak

Sep 14, 1955 — May 15, 2026

Mayuri Patel Pathak, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, at the age of 70.Born on September 14 in Borsad to Jasubhai and Kusum Patel, Mayuri brought warmth, humor, and curiosity everywhere she went. After coming to the United States, she quickly embraced life here while holding close the traditions and relationships that mattered most to her. She became a lifelong fan of Star Trek, graduated from Franklin High School, and continued her studies at Lawrence Technological University.Mayuri built a successful career in IT and later combined her creativity and love of celebration with her best friend to help plan unforgettable weddings. Of all the titles she held throughout her life, however, her favorite was “retiree.”She was a pillar of her community — fiercely devoted to her family, deeply loyal to lifelong friends, and someone who had a gift for making new friends everywhere she went. She found joy in traveling, movies, music, and passionately cheering on her favorite cricket teams. Her kindness, laughter, and vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.Mayuri is survived by her beloved daughter, Meghna; her siblings, Mukesh, Rakesh, and Sheetal; her nieces and nephew; her cherished “littles”; and the incredible circle of friends who became family. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
