Linda Carol Gingell

Linda Carol “Lulu” Gingell, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend passed away on March 15, 2024, in Detroit, Michigan. She was born on November 11, 1942, in Goldsboro, North Carolina.

Linda will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She is survived by her loving daughter Kimberly Gingell; daughter-in-law Diane Aloisi; grandchildren Jay (Brandy) Gingell, Derek (Julie Walker) Gingell, Josh (Paulette) Gingell, Tim Megison; great-grandchildren Hannah Fish, Penelope, Cooper and Miles Gingell; and many cousins. Linda was predeceased by her son William David Gingell. 

Lulu enjoyed spending time with her loved ones, including her fur babies and was always ready for a good time. She was a passionate hairstylist for nearly six decades and built lasting friendships with her clients. Lulu had a love for life and always had a positive attitude. Her smile and sense of humor was infectious to everyone around her. 

Linda's presence touched the lives of many, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. May she rest in peace knowing she was cherished by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with her.
