Lawrence E. Anthony

Lawrence (Larry) E. Anthony, born January 24, 1958, father to Richard James (Natalie Miller) Anthony, Catherine Eileen Anthony, and Daniel Lawrence Anthony, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, in Superior Township, Michigan. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Wyatt James Anthony and Iris Eileen Anthony.

As a Master Electrician, Larry was not only skilled in his trade but also a respected member of his profession. He was a proud member of the IBEW Local 58, where he served as a union steward and on the union’s Political Action Committee. His work ethic and commitment to excellence left a lasting impact on those who had the privilege of working alongside him. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he served his country in the U.S. Armed Forces, a commitment that showcased his sense of duty and honor.

Outside of his career, Larry found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He had a passion for fishing and gardening, hobbies that provided him solace and joy, connecting him with nature and offering moments of peace. He was happiest when he could provide food he grew or caught to his family and friends.

A private funeral service will be held by the family, honoring Larry’s memory and the love he shared with those fortunate enough to know him. As they reflect on his life and the countless memories created, they take comfort in knowing that his spirit will live on through the stories, laughter, and love that he generously shared.
