Julian James Pollack

Julian James Pollack passed away peacefully in the arms of his parents on September 22nd, 2015. Julian was 11 weeks old, born on July 3rd, 2015. Julian was the son of Mark and Sarah. His immediate family of Grandparents Gary and Annette, Uncle Jake and Aunt Blythe and his two cousins Kennedy and Elizabeth. During his very short life of only 11 weeks, he touched many lives and was loved deeply by his entire family. “Julian baby, Daddy and Mommy love you so very much. You will forever be in our hearts and not a day will go by without thinking of you.”
