Jennifer Irene McEachran, born on December 12, 1960, and cherished daughter of John and Leona Hoover, departed this life on July 20, 2025. A dedicated nurse for an impressive 42 years, Jennifer was not only recognized for her competence in the medical field but also honored with the prestigious Daisy Award, celebrating her extraordinary compassion and clinical excellence. Her service to others embodied the spirit of care and dedication that is emblematic of the nursing profession. Jennifer's vibrant personality shone brightly throughout her life. She was a spontaneous soul, always eager to embrace adventure and celebrate the important moments with those she loved. Her passion for life found her engaging in a variety of interests; whether she was running, tending to her beloved garden, or enjoying summer walks alongside her dogs, Roxie and Wilbert, she approached every experience with joy and enthusiasm. Fond of art fairs and a devoted fan of the Rockettes, Jennifer fostered a love for spontaneity that she shared with family and friends. Some of her favorite memories were spent in Traverse City, where she would enjoy spending time at Lake Michigan. In addition to her professional achievements and interests, Jennifer was a devoted mother to her three daughters, Megan (Jake) Berry, Lauren McEachran, and Caitlin McEachran. She cherished her role as a sister to Susan (Norb) Esper, Mark (Sueli) Hoover, Diane (Dave) Matthews, Andrea (Lisa Williams) Hoover, and Greg (Cathe) Hoover. She was deeply loved by those fortunate enough to know her and will be deeply missed.
