Jamilah Khoury

Jamilah Khoury, age 79 of Canton passed away on January 14, 2026.

She was born in Maghar, Israel on April 13, 1946 to her parents, the late Afifi

(née Shoufani ) and Joseph Khalil. Jamilah is the beloved and devoted wife of the late Zaid; loving mother of four children – Rudy (Angela) Khoury, Camilia (Elias) Haddad, Elias Khoury and Robert (Vera) Khoury; proud grandmother of Jonathan (Lauryn) Haddad, Jesse Haddad, Jocelyn (Sanad) Ammari, Joshua Khoury, Gabriel Khoury, Chloe Khoury, Anthony (Giselle) Khoury and great-grandmother of Elias, Elliana, Aleena, Sayla and Sienna. She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her two brothers – Faiz (Mariann) Khalis and Emthanis (Hanna) Khalil.

Friends may visit on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at St. Michael’s Greek Melkite Catholic Church, 585 North Mill Street, Plymouth, Michigan at 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Mass beginning at 11:00 A.M.

Jamilah will be laid to rest at Knollwood Cemetery in Canton, Michigan.
