Henry Lloyd George, Jr.

Henry Lloyd George, Jr., age 75 of Plymouth passed away on May 13, 2026. He was born on December 8, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to his parents, the late Ruth (née Liebold) and Henry Lloyd George, Sr.

He is the beloved and devoted husband of to his wife, Mary (née Moore) George; loving father of three children – Heather (Carl) Traub, Brooke (Ted) Salna and Henry Lloyd George, III; proud grandfather of Cameron Smith, Ben Traub, Sam Traub, Isabella Salna, Jameson Salna and Noah Salna. He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his siblings – Doug George and Carolyn (Mark) Tredinnick, as well as his niece Christina Wease and nephew Shawn Tredinnick.

Henry shared a special bond with his cherished cats, “Max” and “MinGin”, and they will dearly miss his loving companionship.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, Michigan on Friday, May 15, 2026 from 2:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.

A Funeral Service will be held at Schrader-Howell on Saturday, May 16, 2026 beginning at 11:00 A.M.

Henry proudly served his country in the United States Army and will be laid to rest with Military Honors at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
