Gregg Packard began chasing Carol Hudson at Plymouth High School in 1959. He finally caught up Monday, July 27th 2026.
Gregg Packard passed away unexpectedly due to complications from Parkinson’s disease. Although the years since Carol passed have been lonely Gregg enjoyed seeing his kids and grandkids, managing his investments and looking forward to reuniting. After retiring from POOF Toys Gregg enjoyed traveling with Carol. The real bucket list trip was an Alaskan cruise with the kids and grandkids.
He also continued to serve as a member of the maintenance committee at Plymouth Historical Museum and for Pet-a-Pet taking the good-dog Tally to visit seniors in nursing care.
Gregg had a very firm belief of what to expect in the afterlife. He was peaceful and looking forward to being with Carol forever. He was confident knowing all those that went before him would greet him and show him around. He will reunite with his mother whom he lost when he was just 15 years old. He was happy in the knowledge that a great many dogs and cats would be purring and wagging as he joined them.
Gregg is survived by his brother Garry, children Lynn and Charlie and Grandchildren Renia and Z.
