Edith Mary Lindsay

Edith Mary Lindsay, age 86, of Canton, Michigan, passed away on November 30, 2025. She was born on March 23, 1939, in Detroit, Michigan to her parents, the late Thelma (née White) and Andrew Lalinsky.

Edith was the beloved and devoted wife of 25 years to Ralph Lindsay. She was a loving mother to two children, Shelly Picano-Dunn and Mark Picano. Edith is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her siblings: Ronald Lalinsky, George Lalinsky, Nancy Boyer, and Joanne Kovacs. She was predeceased by her brother, the late Norman Lalinsky.

Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, located at 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, Michigan, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home on Friday, December 5, 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM. 

Edith will be laid to rest at Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Park in Livonia.
