Diane C. Cameron

Diane Cecilia Cameron, age 84, left this world peacefully at her home on January 12, 2026. Born on May 15, 1941, in Detroit, Michigan, she was the beloved daughter of the late Kenneth and Doris (nee McHugh) Shortt.

Diane's life was filled with kindness, generosity; Diane had a special gift for making everyone feel welcome.

As a devoted wife to the late Tad Cameron, they spent 62 wonderful years together, Diane was the proud mother of six sons: Scott, Todd, Jeff, Jon, Mike, and Brad.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Scott, Todd, Jeff, Jon, and their families. 9 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and friends.

She was preceded in death her husband Tad, and her two sons; Mike and Brad.

In addition to her roles as wife and mother, Diane found joy in her hobbies. She delighted in crocheting, creating beautiful afghans .

In lieu of flowers, family and friends can make a memorial contribution to the American Cancer Society.
