Daniel G. Brace

Daniel G. Brace passed away at the early age of 64 in Taylor, Michigan on May 1, 2022.

Dan was born on September 12, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Gilbert E. and Rita Jean Brace. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl, his daughter, Ashley and his Son, Kyle, two granddaughters, Reyna and Vaelyn who love, cherish and will miss him deeply.

After moving to Michigan in his early teenage years, he found the love of his life, Cheryl. They graduated from Plymouth-Canton High School in 1976, then shortly after, moved to Houston, Texas and were married in 1980. They spent 16 years creating a life and family there.

In 1996, they decided to move back home to Plymouth, Michigan to be with family. This was the home they raised their children in and spent the remaining years of their life together.

Dan worked as a Lab Technician for Texaco, construction work and truck driving, but there was no occupation he loved more than woodworking. He made friends with everyone he met and will be truly missed by so many.

A funeral service will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Saturday, May 7, 2022 beginning at 1:00 P.M.

Visitation will follow the Funeral Service until 3:00 P.M.
