Cynthia J. Alexander, 70, passed from this life on September 11, 2023 after battling ALS for nearly a decade.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas, sons David (Michelle) and Evan (Caroline), two grandchildren Brandon and Victoria, her sister Andrea and brother David.

Cynthia was a talented Interior Designer who earned her degree from Michigan State University and worked most of her career at the University of Michigan. She was an avid tennis player and took up golf later in life at which she excelled. She served as a Deacon, Elder, and member of the Buildings and Grounds Committee at the First Presbyterian Church of Plymouth. She retained her strong will, positive attitude and sense of humor throughout her ordeal with ALS. She will be missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

A Memorial Service will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Plymouth, Michigan on Saturday, September 30, 2023 beginning at 11:00 A.M.

Donations in her honor may be made to The ALS Association.  Contributions may be made online and envelopes will be available at the Church.
