Catherine Ann Rakozy

Catherine Ann Rakozy, age 76 of Westland, Michigan passed away on February 23, 2021.

Catherine was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 10, 1945 to her parents, Frank and Delores (née Rozanski) Dalski. She is the beloved and devoted wife of the late Lawrence Rakozy; loving mother of four children – Mark (Christiane) Rakozy, Matthew (Nicole) Rakozy, Jennifer (Timothy) Hall and Jonathan (Nicole) Rakozy; proud grandmother of Jack Hall, Maximilian Rakozy, Sabrina Hall, Audry Rakozy, Elisabeth Rakozy and Eliana Rakozy. She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her brother, David Dalski and his wife Joyce.

A celebration of Catherine's life will take place later this year.

Catherine will be in-state on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 12:30 PM until the time of the Funeral Mass beginning at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mary, Cause of Our Joy, 8200 North Wayne Road, Westland. She will be laid to rest at St. Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.
