Bradley Ray Parker, affectionately known as Brad, passed away on November 6, 2025, in Green Oak Township, Michigan, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and generosity that touched everyone he met. Born on June 23, 1964, in Kirkwood, Missouri, Brad embodied an easygoing spirit and a warm heart—traits that made him a cherished friend and companion throughout his life.
If you reached out to Brad and needed help, he was always there. He had a gift for fixing things—whether it was a leaky faucet, a stubborn engine, or someone’s bad day. His knack for repairs, especially when it came to cars, reflected his giving nature: patient, dependable, and always ready to lend a hand.
Brad pursued an Associate’s degree in biomedical engineering, showcasing his dedication to learning and innovation. However, it was his passion for life that truly shone through. He was known for his love of working on muscle and stock cars with his best friend Phil, with a special fondness for driving his 1969 Chrysler Convertible Satellite in his younger years and, more recently, his beloved 1972 Chevy truck.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 25 years, Linda Parker, whose bond with Brad exemplified a partnership built on love and mutual respect. Brad was also a proud stepfather to Lindsey (Mona Bujarsky) Herrmann and Katherine (Joshua Erlich) Herrmann, embracing these roles with love and warmth like they were his own.
Brad’s spirit lives on in the hearts of his siblings, Laura (Marty) Grabijas, Kevin (Joanne) Parker, and Sarah Parker, who remember his kindness and the many cherished moments they shared together. He was preceded in death by his devoted parents, Ollie Parker and Mary Lee Parker.
As we remember Brad, we celebrate not only the memories but the indelible mark he has left on all our lives. His light will continue to shine in the countless lives he positively influenced, and his legacy of kindness will endure in the hearts of all who had the good fortune of knowing him. Arrangements entrusted to the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, Plymouth.
