Aletta Faye Wilkes

Aletta Faye Wilkes, age 83 of Plymouth, passed away on June 30, 2026.

She was born on October 12, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee to her parents, the late Ruth (née Seibert) and Waid Wilkes. Aletta is the loving and cherished mother of six children – Alan (Marie) Hickling, Ruth Hickling, Bob (Jennifer) Hickling, Scott Hickling, Dan (Stormee) Hickling and Jennifer (Darren) Little; proud grandmother of Adriana (Alex) Love, Debra (Martin) Shaw, Samantha (Kadeem) Thompson-McDade, John Hickling, Samuel Hickling, Cora Hickling, Daniel Hickling, Rebecca (Troy) Raley, Gregory Little and great-grandmother of Jayson, Ahleigha, Myles, Mason, Eli, and Cyrus. She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her siblings, Betty Wilkes, Donna (Michael) Gardner and Sandra (Leon) Childers.

Family and friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth, Michigan on Monday, July 6, 2026 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Service beginning at 12:00 Noon.
