Walter J. Gluvna, age 89 of Canton, passed away on October 7, 2015. Loving father of Anne Marie (John) Andrews, Michael Gluvna, Kathleen (James) Isett and the late Nancy Gluvna. Proud grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 4. Walter proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II. Walter was an active member of the Plymouth VFW Post 6695. Funeral service Monday, 10:30am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 44800 Warren Rd, Canton with visitation beginning at 10:00am until time of mass. Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home 280 South Main St on Sunday from 4:00pm-9:00pm. Mr. Gluvna will be buried and receive full military honors following funeral mass at 2:30pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
