Richard Muirhead

Richard Muirhead of Howell, formerly of Plymouth Township, passed away on December 30, 2015, age 71. Richard was born in Pontiac. He worked for DTE for 49 years and in his spare time loved to play golf. He was a member of the Plymouth Elks and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Howell. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Gerry Ann. Also surviving are his children, Marilyn Nelson, Barbara ( Kevin ) Ash, Nancy ( Frank ) Early, Cathleen ( Joseph ) Huey and Amy ( Jeff ) Robson. Fifteen grandchildren, one great grandchild and brother William ( Sandy ) Muirhead also survive. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016, from 1 pm until the time of the funeral service, 4 pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth. Contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
