Raymond Philip Clark, age 76 of Canton, passed away with his family at his bedside on June 23, 2013. Born in Detroit to parents Philip & Jane Clark. Proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. Had a successful career as an pilot for United Airlines and retiring as a Captain of the Boeing 767. He also was a Redford Podiatrist while and after his career with United Airlines. Loving husband of 46 years to Barbara. Beloved father of Donald W. (Patricia) Clark, Thomas M. (Jaci) Clark, Jan (Brad) Craig and Charisse (David House) Clark. Proud grandfather of Joshua W. Clark, Charlie Clark, Jonathan Clark, Cara Clark, Trevis Clark, Tristen Clark, Katelyn Craig, Benjamin (Brittany) Craig, Lauren Craig, Mara Whitfield, Malia Whitfield, Miana Whitfield, Madeline Whitfield and John Whitfield. Great grandfather of Evan and Kaden. Dear brother of Bill (Joanna) Clark, Bob (Linda) Clark and Glen Clark.Ray was a man who dearly loved the Lord and he lived his life to honour Him. Ray looked forward to the day when he would rest in God's presence.Ray was a generous man who would help anyone in need and he delighted in making those around him laugh. A funeral service will held on Tuesday , June 25,2013 at the Farmington Hills Church of Christ 36500 West Eleven Mile Rd, with visitation beginning at 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am. Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home 280 South Main, Plymouth on Monday from 2:00-9:00pm. Interment services will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Plymouth.
