Paul Michael Rafail

Paul Michael Rafail passed away November 30, 2014 at the age of 71. He was born August 10, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to Francis (Tata) and Jessie (Tubbie) Rafail. He is deeply loved and will be missed by his wife Nancy, his children Beth (Jim) Hartlein, Michael (Viviana) Rafail, Stacie (Jim) Bowers and David (Kirstin) Stroscheim, his grandchildren Connor and Josh Hartlein, Penélope Rafail, Terra Von Kuske, Sage, Jacob and Aiden Bowers, Mena and Cullen Stroscheim. Paul is also survived by his siblings Gloria (Tommy) Cleveland, John (Mary) Rafail, Judy (Larry) Giddens and Jude Rafail. He was preceded in death by his parents. He was a member of the US Army Reserve. Paul retired in 2010 from Ghafari Associates in Dearborn, Michigan where he worked as an Engineer primarily supporting the automotive industry. His generosity, great sense of humor, and dedication to his family will always be cherished. Paul loved to play golf, read, tinker, watch his grandchildren participate in sports, and enjoy a good meal. There will be a Memorial Visitation Saturday, December 13, 2014, from 2pm until 8pmat the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, MI 48170.
