Mary Lu Gow

Mary Lu Gow of Plymouth and formerly of Novi, passed away February 16, 2017, at the age of 56. She was born in Warren, Michigan to Alfred and Ruth (nee Purvis) Habel. Mary Lu is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years Eric Gow, her loving children Amanda and Jodie Gow, her precious grandchildren Jaisin, Jordan, Madison, and Joseph, her dear brothers Leonard (Bernice) Habel and Timothy (Mary) Habel, and her little buddy Sammy. Mary Lu was preceded in death by both of her parents and her brother Jamie Habel.

Mary Lu was a happy-go-lucky woman. Her favorite thing to do was to go camping with Eric. She also enjoyed traveling and a good barbeque. She was an animal lover, especially horses. Mary Lu is loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 19, from 2pm until 8pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, 48170. Funeral Service will be Monday, February 20, at 12pm at the funeral home. Family and friends may begin visiting at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
