Katherine M. Rackham

Katherine M. Rackham passed away May 1, 2014 at the age of 82. She was born in Detroit to Harry George and Harriet Amelia(Pagel)Rackham. She is deeply loved and will be dearly missed by her sister Joanne A. Rackham. She is also survived by her cousin Eva(Daniel)Thompson. Katherine lived most of her life in Northville, Michigan and graduated from Northville High School. She worked for a time at Anchor Coupling in Plymouth and then at Guardian Industries. Katherine later went to work at Unistrut in Dearborn where she retired after many years of service. Katherine was a member of First Presbyterian Church Northville and Order of Eastern Star 523 Kindness, Redford. She loved her Chinese Pug "King Tut" and loved to Show Chinese Pugs in dog shows. Friends may visit at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, Tuesday, May 6, 2014, beginning at 10am until time of service at 1pm. Burial to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Detroit. Memorials may be made to Angela Hospice.
