Joseph E, Presson

Joseph E. Presson passed away suddenly on March 20, 2015 at the age of 66. Joe was born in Flint the son of Jewel and Margaret ( St. John ) Presson on September 6, 1948. He attended Farmington schools graduating from Farmington High School. After graduating Joe went to work for the Ford Motor Company and after a brief period enlisted in the United States Marines. He served in Vietnam from 1969 thru 1970 and upon receiving his Honorable Discharge went back to work for Ford's retiring in 2005 after 38 years of service. While at Ford he worked at the Rouge ending his career as a supervisor in the paint department. Joe enjoyed boating and being on the water and was a good cook. He is survived by his daughters Jennifer ( Chris ) and Holly ( Todd ). Also surviving are his grandchildren Troy, Tanner, Jonah and Michael and sister Sharon Kehoe. Visitation will be held at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home on Wednesday from 3:30 pm until the time of the funeral service at 7 pm with Father Richard Perfetto officiating.
