Jonas E. Peters

Jonas Edford Peters of Canton, Died October 12, 2018. He was 72 years old. Jonas was born in Perry County, Kentucky on June 4, 1946 to Dillard and Stella Mae (nee Hall) Peters. Jonas is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years Bonnie Peters, his 3 loving children Dawn Hamby, Jonas Peters Jr., and Jefferey Peters, his two precious grandchildren Ariel (Alec) Jones, and Brendan Hamby, his cherished great granddaughter Ava May Jones, and his dear siblings Frank, Dillard Jr., Janice, Judy, Ray, Roy, Ronald, and Mary. Jonas was preceded in death by both of his parents and his siblings Mildred, Margaret, Steve, and J.B. Jonas was loved by many people especially his wife's family.

Jonas spent his career working 30 years for Ford Motor Company. He loved watching westerns. Jonas will be missed by many.

Visitation will be Monday, October 15, from 2-8pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, 48170. His Funeral Service will be Tuesday at 11am at the funeral home. Family and friends may begin visiting at 10am.
