Janis Miller

Janis Carole Miller, age 71 of Plymouth, passed away on April 8, 2020. She was born on July 12, 1948 in Northville, Michigan, to the late Keith and Francis (Walker) Avey. Janis is survived by her son Chuck (Shari) Miller, grandson Carter Miller and her beloved significant other of 35 years, Larry McMullen.

Janis was a lovable woman, and many people who encountered her could never deny it. She worked at Meijer for 18 years, and enjoyed her work there primarily as a florist and later as a greeter. She would enjoy walks and events at Kellogg park in downtown Plymouth and she loved going to Piston’s basketball games and movie theaters. Despite numerous challenges and setbacks in her life she always carried on and did the best she could, often asking about the well being of others. She will always be loved and dearly missed.
