Hannelore Hamer, age 91 of Dearborn, passed away on March 3, 2020. She was born on February 4, 1929 to the late Karl Klaus Heinrich and Johanna Hagendorff. Hannelore is survived by her daughter Christine (David) Shrewsbury; grandchildren Erich (Holly) Shrewsbury, Kurt (Carrie) Shrewsbury, Kalvin Shrewsbury, Chelsea (Nick) Younce, Rurik Hamer, and Dustin Hamer; great-grandchildren Mya, Katherine, Oakley, Evalie, Carter and Audrina. She is the loving twin sister of Ruth Stephens. Hannelore was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Hugo Hamer, her son Detlef Hamer, Brother Huwald Hagendorff, brother-in-law Bob Stephens and her Great Granson Aspen Younce.
A Memorial Service will be at Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St. Plymouth, MI 48170, at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in honor of Hannelore to the Dearborn Animal Shelter.
