F. Duane Putman

Duane passed away at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital on December 29, 2011 at the age of 74. He was born in Detroit on February 21, 1937, the son of Milton and Hope (Hurlburt) Putman. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Nancy, nee Law, and their children Brian and Bradley (Rebecca) Putman. Two grandchildren, Madison and Grace also survive. Duane was quite active in the Moslem Shrine Motor Corps for over thirty years. He also was a member of the Royal Order of Jesters and the Olive Branch Lodge No. 542, F. A.M.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, from 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 8pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11am. Contributions are suggested to the Moslem Shriners Transportation, Shrine Office, 24359 Southfield Road, Southfield, MI 48075 or the charity of your choice.
