Elaine P. Pettit

Elaine P. Pettit of Livonia, died May 26, 2019 at the age of 84. She was born in Detroit to Walter and Anna (nee Szuszka) Paulsen. Elaine is survived by her two loving children Thomas (Jennifer) Pettit, and Chuck (Patricia) Pettit, her precious grandchildren Neil, Michael, and Emily, her dear brother W. Charles (Lee) Paulsen, and her cherished niece and nephew Kate and Christian.

Elaine really loved to travel both nationally and abroad. She was also an avid reader and shopper. Elaine was devoted to her family and more than anything she was proud of her two boys, their wives, and her grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 1, from 3-7pm at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 S. Main St., Plymouth, Michigan 48170. Her Funeral Service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be to F.A.I.T.H. Food Pantry of Newtown, Inc., P.O. Box 53, Newtown, CT 06470.
