Duane D. Barker, age 84 of Canton, passed away on February 20, 2019.
Duane was born in Plymouth on July 27, 1934 to his parents, Denver and Lillian (nee Oldenburg) Barker. He proudly served his country in the United States Army for two years and was honorably discharged in April 1959. After his service with the Army, he became employed by the Ford Motor Company.
Duane is deeply loved and will be greatly missed by his siblings, Robert Barker, Rose Scott, Mary Ann Burk and Ruth Richard.
Friends may visit the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home, 280 South Main Street, Plymouth on Sunday, February 24th from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
A funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, February 25th beginning at 12:00 P.M. and will be officiated by Pastor Drex Morton.
Duane will be laid to rest with Military Honors and near his parents at Oakland Hills Cemetery in Novi.
