Betty Rose Richter

Betty Rose (nee Johnston) Richter, a lifelong resident of Plymouth, Michigan was born July 25, 1919 to John and Mabel Johnston. Passed away on October 17, 2016. Loving mother to Jill Vernal of Plymouth, Nan Tribble (Dan) of Whitmore Lake. Dear sister to John Johnston (Jean) and Jane Lare both of Plymouth. Five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Bob, son, Daniel, brother, Bob Johnston and brother-in-law, Max Lare.

During her life, she held membership in the VFW, American Legion, Rebekah Lodge and, Eagles Club. She had a great zest for life, was fun to be around and, had many friends. She loved playing cards and going to bingo. She had a full and happy life!

Viewing will be Friday, October 21, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church of Plymouth from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM at the Church. Reverend James Skimins of First Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial will be at Riverside
Cemetery.
